Site manager architects dedicate every Friday to producing manual reports to verify materials and their application (when an unplanned site visit doesn't arise earlier). This process requires checking PDF invoices manually, JPG site photos, and entry of data into the ERP.
We designed an automated workflow that uses multimodal agents to interpret site photos and technical documents. The system generates reports automatically with the upload of just one PDF, a spreadsheet, and the site photos, performing an Auto Validation before loading the data directly into the ERP.
